Dear customers,

We are experiencing our biggest delays since 2009, but all orders will be delivered. Here's why:

  1. We started shipping to the EU in March and received far more orders than expected. We are selling out faster than we can restock, but this is being resolved.
  2. Launching the new U-303 model also required extra effort. We have resolved the issues one by one, although there is still a shipping backlog.
  3. Launching shipping from our Polish warehouse also came with many challenges, and we had to reorganize our shipping route several times. At last it is working (but it is still slow). Here are some examples of successfully delivered parcels:
In addition, our postal service changed its shipping requirements, which caused some parcels to be returned two or even three times. We resent them all at four times the original shipping cost so our customers could finally receive their orders. Most of those parcels have already been delivered.

So yes, we are currently experiencing significant delays.
If you have been waiting longer than expected, simply send us a message and we will issue a refund—no questions asked. But if you wait - I promise to deliver each order
one by one.

Paid shipping:
Since 2018, we have shipped every order free of charge. However, due to the increased costs, future EU orders will have a shipping fee of approximately €30.

BUT

If you have already placed your order, your shipping remains completely free.

I sincerely apologize for the delays. We are working hard to get the shop back to normal. As always, we never compromise on quality—I still personally make every umbrella myself.
